Dr. Singh, a mycologist and plant pathologist, has made significant contribution in development of integrated disease management scheduling for potato, mustard, opium poppy, ground nut, wheat, sunflower, linseed, citrus, ginger and cowpea. Besides research, he has also been involved in teaching at Rajasthan college of Agriculture, Udaipur. Dr. Singh has been awarded ‘Utkrishta Lekhan Samman’ (2004) for publications of Hindi articles. He has contributed over 150 research and popular articles, books, extension and technical bulletins
